a little press for big ideas

is a chapbook-length poem exploring the nature of revision, the politics of citation, and the multiplicity of language. Through a word-by-word footnoting of Kafka's 'The Trees', we take a journey into contemporary literature in search of words and, more elusively, their meaning. A wonderfully intelligent and often cheeky poet, Groh is never afraid to overestimate his reader.

Ben Groh is an emerging writer currently living in Barrie. He recently graduated from York University with a Bachelors in English and Creative Writing, and has several projects in varying stages of completion. This is his first chapbook.
